When you join HSSC we will collect and store some personally identifiably information, such as name, telephone number, email address, address, postcode and date of birth.  But don’t worry, we only collect the information that we need and no more.

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better experience at HSSC.  We will only use the information we have gathered for the purpose of communications with you relating to your membership and events happening at HSSC.  We are required to provide some data to the RYA and other funders on a regular basis relating to our members, however this data is anonymised and will not identify you personally.

How long we keep the information
We will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements.
