Hi everyone welcome to our newsletter, my name is Linda and I am the new social secretary, very new as I have only been a member of the club since August 2002. As all members of the Club are aware, and new members will soon find out the club has a very healthy social calendar, a tradition I will endeavour to live up to. I thought I would appeal to all you party animals for some help in maintaining this tradition. I would appreciate a number of volunteers to form a sub committee, don't worry nothing to strenuous, just some help in organising the events, especially the summer party (I have a lot to live up to from what I have heard), also any ideas for any of the events would be much appreciated, just e mail me if you are interested. Thanks for your time in reading this and I look forward to meeting you all again at forthcoming events. The club can also be hired for your own private events at a cost of £10 for the afternoon and £30 for the evening. Please do have a look at our provisional Social Calendar. |
