Capon, HSSC now has a gleaming new mast,
and on Sunday 26th March 2006 it was raised.
Hoorah, and up she rises!
The mast-raising begins...

Peter Wright steadies the mast as the team prepare to hoist
Jane helps Pete as the mast begins to rise.
The team gradually heave the mast upright.
The strain is then taken by Willie and Bill on the roof.
The mast is steadied as shrouds are attached.
The team struggle to engage the mast into its housing.
The mast is pushed tight as bolts are hammered home.
And finally it is secure.
