The main meal of the evening was kindly prepared by Naked Chef Alastaire Ling, who lit the fire at 8.00am - yes 8.00am! - and cooked the pig ALL DAY, turning it at 20 minute intervals for a full 12 hours, before spending most of the party carving up it for the hungry guests. (He said "it was snout, really") Well done mate! Damn fine pork. Here are the pig-tures...
