Original caption for this image read: Artists impression of the new clubhouse on Marine Parade.

Text reads: "An impression of Hythe and Saltwood Sailing Club's new premises. The club has
completed the first stage of the development of the Marine Parade site, which has been
made available by Hythe Town Council. It is hoped to complete the second stage, the
building of a clubhouse, in the next two years. A fete will be held on Monday at the
site to raise money for the building fund."
