SUP Sessions with Claudia

Claudia is running some new SUP sessions throughout the summer months for all our members.


Thursday Early Morning SUP (Starting on the 22nd June)

 Join us on Thursday Mornings from 7am for an Early Morning SUP to start your day the best way and make the most of our beautiful coastline. 


SUP Fitness- Every Thursday  9.30- 10.30am (Starting on the 22nd June) 

Stand Up Paddle boarding is a great form of exercise and can be a great all round workout. So if you enjoy Stand Up Paddle Boarding and want to take your fitness outside for the summer months. Join us for some SUP Fitness that will incorporate  sprints, endurance, on board exercise and core balance which works the whole body amazingly well. All sessions will be run from the Club, unless conditions are bad then we will take the session on to the Canal. 

£10.00 for Members and £12.50 for Non Members

Friday SUP Race Night 

For all those that would like to get involved in the SUP racing scene. We will be running SUP Race Nights every other Friday start on Friday 16th June from 6pm through out the Summer.  Here are the some dates for your diaries
Friday 30th June
Friday 14th July
Friday 28th July
Friday 11th August
Friday 25th August 

All SUP races will take place outside the Club house, so you must be competent in all condition. 

Bar will be open after so come and get involved in the action. 


Sunday Mornings 

If you can’t find time during the week to get out on the water, you can join us every other Sunday morning starting from Sunday 11th June @ 9am throughout the summer. 


For all sessions,  boards will be available to hire from The SUP Hub for £7.50 for members or £10.00 for Non Members.
